In the midst of a pandemic and a global shift in the work model, dentsu Poland decided to sublease part of its office space in Warsaw, which it had previously leased due to its rapid growth in the local market. Many organizations using a hybrid work model have reached for such a solution.
We were entrusted with the task of carrying out this process. We can officially announce its finalization – Stock Polska will benefit from about 2,500 sqm of space in the X20 building developed by White Star Real Estate in the capital’s Dolny Mokotow district.
